Reason I am where I am

Chances are I started my journey in a similar place to you. I talked to friends and family, I read books and blogs, and I looked at statistics and facts about sleep and sleep deprivation. I felt sick and was overtired. My child not sleeping was affecting all aspects of my life. As a teacher, I thought to myself, “there has to be an ‘expert’ or a ‘professional’ on the topic of getting a child to sleep”. It was in the wee hours of the morning that I found a solution. A sleep consultant.

Someone who could help establish healthy sleeping habits for our family. I wanted someone to help answer my questions about sleep. I wanted someone to hold me accountable for my actions. I wanted someone to tell me how to adjust our routine to support my child. Mostly, I wanted someone to support our family in implementing a sleep plan for our child.

That is exactly what a sleep consultant or sleep coach does. That is exactly what I do.

I support families so that they can have SleepFull Nights. I focus on teaching children and their families strategies so that they are able to fall, and stay, asleep.
